No, it’s not time for Chr****as yet, but we are heading towards our Summer break. Last weekend saw us performing at the Devon Choirs Big Weekender at the Northcott Theatre – it was a joy to be on that stage with other local choirs, all showcasing our different styles, but most of all, sharing the love of group singing.

We then followed that up with a fabulous set at the Ice Cream and Bubbles Festival at Mount Edgcumbe raising money for Jeremiah’s Journey. We were also joined by the amazing Jeremiah’s Joy singing group led by Ashleigh Osborne. We even managed to keep the rain away!

Our final outing will be our social on the 2nd August, after which choir will break for the summer. We will have no rehearsals from Monday 4th August through to Friday 29th August inclusive. We then start back fresh on Monday 1st September, and this is a great time for any new members to come and join us. Throughout September we usually learn something new and something fun before we start our seasonal set list! New starters are welcome at any time, but this would be a great time to give us a go.
