Sing your way to health!

Well I go on about this all the bloomin’ time I know, but here is a picture explaining exactly what singing will do for you. I don’t need to say any more than this, you can go to pilates for core strength, you can work out in the gym for toning and weight loss, you can attend mindfulness classes for relief from stress and anxiety, but what can you do to deal with all of these things? Sing.
